This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what payment options are available, in line with UAE e-commerce disclosure requirements under Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, which require online sellers to clearly state shipping and delivery terms before checkout.

1. Where We Ship

  • United Arab Emirates — all seven emirates
  • GCC: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain
  • Other destinations: United Kingdom, United States

If your country isn't listed above, we're not yet able to ship there — contact us at mildaarabia@gmail.com and we'll let you know if this changes.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation or order placement (for Cash on Delivery orders). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

3. Delivery Times

  • UAE: 1–2 business days
  • GCC countries: 2–5 business days
  • UK / USA: 2–5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, and shown before you complete payment, as required under UAE e-commerce regulations.

5. Payment Options

Depending on your delivery location, you may choose between:

  • Pay Online — secure payment by card at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery — pay in cash when your order arrives (available in the UAE and select GCC countries)

6. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping fees and are outside our control.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information where available so you can follow your delivery's progress.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at mildaarabia@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
