Milda Arabia Terms and Conditions

1. Product Use and Disclaimer
The Milda Arabia Self-Feeding Baby Cushion (“Product”) is designed to assist infants in feeding by allowing them to hold their own bottle under adult supervision. It is not a substitute for parental supervision. The buyer agrees to use the Product with adult supervision at all times.
Milda Arabia is not responsible for any injury, harm, or adverse effects caused by misuse, unsupervised use, or failure to follow the provided instructions. The buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring safe usage per the guidelines.
2. Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing this Product, the buyer confirms they have reviewed and agreed to these terms and conditions. This acknowledgment is confirmed by checking the agreement box at checkout.
3. Safety and Liability
The Product is crafted from non-toxic, baby-safe materials and is tested for quality and durability. However, individual variations in infants’ behavior or health conditions may affect its suitability. The buyer is responsible for assessing the Product’s suitability and monitoring its use.
Milda Arabia shall not be held liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to personal injury, resulting from Product use.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if the Product is unused and in resalable condition with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds may exclude shipping costs, and Milda Arabia reserves the right to inspect the returned Product before issuing a refund.
5. Product Care
The buyer agrees to follow all care and cleaning instructions provided with the Product. Improper care may affect durability and is not covered under warranty.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Milda Arabia website, including text, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of Milda Arabia. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes arising from the purchase or use of the Product will be resolved exclusively in UAE courts.
8. Modifications to Terms
Milda Arabia reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website, and continued use of the Product or website constitutes acceptance of the changes

شروط وأحكام مِيلدا أرابيا

1. استخدام المنتج وإخلاء المسؤولية
تم تصميم وسادة الرضاعة الذاتية للأطفال من مِيلدا أرابيا (“المنتج”) لمساعدة الأطفال على حمل زجاجة الرضاعة بأنفسهم تحت إشراف شخص بالغ. هذا المنتج ليس بديلاً عن الإشراف الأبوي. يُقر المشتري بضرورة استخدام المنتج تحت إشراف دائم.
مِيلدا أرابيا غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابات أو أضرار أو تأثيرات سلبية ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الاستخدام دون إشراف أو عدم اتباع الإرشادات المرفقة. يتحمل المشتري كامل المسؤولية لضمان الاستخدام الآمن وفقاً للتعليمات.
2. الموافقة على الشروط
عند شراء المنتج، يُقر المشتري بمراجعة هذه الشروط والأحكام وفهمها والموافقة عليها. يتم تأكيد ذلك من خلال تحديد خانة الموافقة عند إنهاء عملية الشراء.
3. السلامة والمسؤولية القانونية
المنتج مصنوع من مواد غير سامة وآمنة للأطفال وتم اختبارها للجودة والمتانة. ومع ذلك، بسبب اختلاف السلوك أو الحالة الصحية للأطفال، تقع على المشتري مسؤولية تقييم ملاءمة المنتج ومراقبة استخدامه.
لا تتحمل مِيلدا أرابيا أية مسؤولية عن الأضرار العرضية أو غير المباشرة، بما في ذلك الإصابات الشخصية الناتجة عن استخدام المنتج.
4. سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد
يُمكن إرجاع المنتجات خلال 14 يوماً من الشراء إذا كانت غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية مع العبوة. يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء.
قد لا تغطي الاستردادات تكاليف الشحن. تحتفظ مِيلدا أرابيا بحق فحص المنتج قبل إصدار الاسترداد.
5. العناية بالمنتج
يُقر المشتري بضرورة اتباع تعليمات العناية والتنظيف المرفقة مع المنتج. قد يؤثر الإهمال على متانة المنتج ولن يغطيه أي ضمان.
6. حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع محتويات موقع مِيلدا أرابيا، بما في ذلك النصوص والصور والتصميمات، هي ملكية فكرية لشركة مِيلدا أرابيا. يُمنع نسخ أو توزيع أي محتوى دون إذن مسبق.
7. القانون الواجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. ويتم حل النزاعات الناشئة عن شراء أو استخدام المنتج حصرياً في محاكم الإمارات.
8. تعديلات الشروط
تحتفظ مِيلدا أرابيا بحق تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. سيتم نشر الشروط الجديدة على الموقع الإلكتروني، ويُعد استمرار استخدام المنتج أو الموقع قبولاً للتغييرات.
