These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Milda Arabia online store at mildaarabia.com (the "Store") and to any purchase you make from us. The Store is operated by Milda Arabia, B.C. 1303015, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Using the Store
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Store under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details and not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and Information
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items may vary a little from the photos. Product images are for illustration, and any age ranges shown are guidance only.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless another currency is selected. Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you placed your order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be reached, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
- Pay Online: card payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): available only for delivery addresses in the UAE and GCC countries. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives. We may restrict COD for customers who have previously refused COD deliveries.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Discount codes, bundle offers and sales are valid only for the period and on the terms stated with the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say so. We may end or change a promotion at any time, without affecting orders already placed.
7. Delivery
We deliver to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
8. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, some items such as feeding bottles, teethers, bibs and brushes cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective. Your rights for defective, damaged or incorrect items are never affected.
9. Safe Use of Our Products
Baby products must always be used under the supervision of an adult and according to the instructions supplied. Self-feeding pillows and feeding products help with feeding but do not replace parental supervision; never leave a baby unattended while feeding or sleeping with any of our products. Check products before each use and stop using any item that is worn or damaged. Follow the care and cleaning instructions, as damage from misuse or improper care is not covered.
10. Our Liability
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, as required by UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or harm caused by misuse of a product, use without adult supervision, failure to follow instructions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UAE law that cannot be excluded.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Store, including text, photos, videos, logos and designs, belongs to Milda Arabia or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Store when you place your order applies to that order.
